Assistant Venue Manager/Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

ArtHouse Hotel is on the lookout for its next legendary Operations Manager.

This role isn't for the faint hearted and requires a true hospo legend to emerse themselves in all that ArtHouse has to offer.

The remit of this particular position includes:

- Beverage and all that the word means. Think ordering, stocktake results, menu writing, supplier liasing, stock control

- POS. Programming, upkeep, maintenance for Food and Beverage across all of our offerings

- QR code platform maintenance

 

ArtHouse Hotel has a very diverse offering including:

- a large ground floor public bar

- an Asian inspired restaurant

- large scale corporate events

- a weekly Rnb/Hip Hop nightclub event

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong aspirations to become the General Manager. As the group expands, this promotion/progression is a likely one.

Bar Manager
Duty Manager
Event Manager
Food & Beverage Manager

Venue Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

RSA/RCA/ARCG are necessary for this role

2 years experience as an operations manager at similar size and volume venue is desirable or as a venue manager at a smaller venue looking to expand
